But before that, I spent years wearing many hats in-house at various beauty and wellness brands: D2C/inside sales, natural product research and development, B2B sales and product education for the staff of retailers, spas, and wellness practitioners... and of course, writing copy along the way. This experience is invaluable to my writing and also makes me a natural cross-functional player within an organization.

After receiving my B.A. in philosophy, I also studied holistic nutrition and I'm passionate (read: neurotic) about the mind-body connection, the gut-brain axis, and the impact of technology on mental and physical health.
